## Collaborate across teams to create strategic business content

The following steps demonstrate how to create a summary page using *MultiExcerpt* macro, and *MultiExcerpt Include* macro features:

| ### Step 1: Create a summary using MultiExcerpt<br>1. Navigate to the project page and click **edit**.
2. Go to the content that must be added to the executive summary page.
3. Type** / **and search for the MultiExcerpt macro, or use the **+** option in the editor’s main toolbar to search for it.

| ### Step 2: Specify values for MultiExcerpt<br>1. Specify a name for the MultiExcerpt macro.
2. Create the content inside the macro body. You can copy and paste the existing content or create content directly inside the macro body. In this example, we are copying and pasting the existing content.

| ### Step 3: Create summaries<br>Follow steps 1 and 2. Define MultiExcerpt macros for all project content that must be displayed on the executive summary page.<br>> ⚠️ Specify the right names for each MultiExcerpt macro created across different project pages so that you can reference them in the executive summary. | ![ME-insert-step3.gif](media://11b79b3b-b396-47f3-950e-0f4edd365104) |
| ### Step 4: Include summary from MultiExcerpt.<br>Include the MultiExcerpt macros in the executive summary page or create an executive page if one does not already exist. In this example, the executive page exists.<br>1. Navigate to the executive summary page.
2. Type** /** and search for the MultiExcerpt Include macro, or use the **+** option in the editor’s main toolbar and search for the MultiExcerpt Include macro.

| ### Step 5: Specify values for MultiExcerpt Include.<br>1. Search for the page where the project summary is created and select the page.  
[INFO] The space name is mentioned below the page name. To help you, the results are auto-populated.
2. Search for the MultiExcerpt that was created on the project page. To help you, the results are auto-populated with the excerpts' names created on the specified page.

| ### Step 6: Include summaries<br>1. Follow steps 4 and 5. Add all the defined MultiExcerpts in the order in which your executive team would like to view the project summary.
