## Enable the Enhanced Permissions macro

## Add the macro to a restricted page

Only users who are listed as viewers will ever see this content, whether they encounter the macro directly or through an Include macro elsewhere. Other viewers see nothing where the excerpt is located.

## Prerequisite: grant the app access to the restricted page

## Include the shared content elsewhere

Viewers see the shared content the same way they would any other reused content:

1. On the page where you want to reuse the content, type `/` or select the **+** icon, then search for **MultiExcerpt Include**.
2. Select the macro, then choose the source page and the excerpt name.
3. Select **Insert**.

When a viewer opens the page containing the macro, they will see the shared content *only* if they are one of the viewer users or belong to one of the viewer groups configured on the source excerpt.

## Data Center vs Cloud
