Use the News Ticker From List macro to grab news from a bullet list specified in the macro body and display them in a simple ticker.

### Parameters

| **Parameter** | **Default** | **Description** |
| --- | --- | --- |
| *Title*<br>`title` | false | The title of the ticker to display. |
| *Width*<br>`width` | None - responsive width will be used | Width of the ticker in pixels. Leave blank for responsive width. |
| *Display Time*<br>`delay` | 4sec | Slide through the slider to choose the duration (sec) you want to display each of the news entries. The duration ranges from 1 sec to 120 sec. |
| *Color*<br>`color` | None - topbar color of the current space will be used | Color of the ticker. Use hexadecimal notation or [HTML color name](https://www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_names.asp). Leave blank to automatically use the topbar color of the current space. |

### Creating News Ticker from List macro

To create a *News Ticker from List *macro, perform the following steps:

1. Go to the page where you want to display the slides and click edit.
2. Click the **+** icon and search for the *News Silder* macro.  
(or) you can type* ****{ News***, the list with news macro suggestions is displayed.
3. Select *News* *Ticker from List* macro. The *News* *Ticker from List* macro body is displayed.
4. Enter the content that you want to display as a bullet list. Each bullet list is represented by a ticker.
5. Click on the macro body and then click **Edit**. The *News* *Ticker from List* macro window is displayed.
6. Customize parameters according to your requirements. For more information, see [Parameters](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/NEWS/pages/310050826#Parameters).
7. Click **Apply**.
8. Publish the page.
