## Workflow schemes and their usage

With Power Admin for Jira, you can find any workflow scheme in your Jira configuration and view the projects it is assigned to.

## Find workflow schemes

1. On Power Admin's *Home* page, select **Workflow Scheme **from the drop-down, type a name or ID, and start your search.
2. On the *Search results* page, click on the name of a workflow scheme. You can filter further the workflow schemes by using the **Projects** filter next to the search field.
3. Then, the workflow scheme’s profile page appears.

## Search results

The page with search results shows the following information for each workflow scheme:

- *Name *and *ID* of the workflow scheme - you can search for a workflow scheme by its name or ID.
- *Projects *- shows the number of projects where the workflow scheme is assigned. When you click on the project count lozenge, you can view a list of all these projects.

## Profile page

Using the profile page, you can view all the details about a workflow scheme and its usage.

### Usage information

The *Summary* section shows the number of projects associated with the workflow scheme.

The *Details* section of the profile page shows details of the projects to which the workflow scheme is assigned. You can further navigate to the profile page of each project.

### Actions

The following actions are available for workflow schemes:

- **Rename** - click on the name of a workflow scheme to rename it. **Rename is a safe activity**, which means that the name of the workflow scheme will be updated in all dependent configuration elements referring to it by name.
- **Configure** - redirects you to the workflow scheme’s configuration page in Jira.
- **Delete** - use it to clean your Jira of any unused workflow schemes. Power Admin allows you to delete a workflow scheme if it’s not assigned to any projects.
- **Copy **- redirects you to the workflow scheme’s copying page in Jira. This action is not available for the default workflow scheme in your Jira.
- **Export** - exports the workflow scheme’s usage information to a CSV file.
