## Installation

| Method | Details |
| --- | --- |
| Installation using an Atlassian License purchased through the Atlassian Marketplace. | Log in to your Confluence instance as a global administrator<br>- Go to the top right of the page and choose the **cog icon > Manage apps**
- Choose** Find new apps**
- Locate Page Approval for Confluence Data Center using search<br>> ℹ️ The appropriate app version appears in the search results<br>- Choose
  - **Try free **to begin a new trial, or
  - **Buy now **to purchase a license<br>> ℹ️ You're prompted to log into *MyAtlassian. *The download then begins.<br>- Enter your information and click **Generate license **when redirected to* MyAtlassian*
- Choose** Apply license**<br>> ✅ If you're using an older version of UPM, you can copy and paste the license into your Confluence site. |

<u>[MyAtlassian](https://my.atlassian.com/products/index)</u> is a site to manage your Atlassian-related licensing and orders. If you have a valid license for the designated app, the license key is stored on MyAtlassian.

Copy the license key and manually paste the key into the Universal Plugin Manager

- Go to the top right of the page and choose the **cog icon ** **> Manage apps**
- Expand the app details and paste the license key in the box
