### <span style="color: #003366">I have enabled Power Custom Field, why don't I see it on a ticket?</span>

<span style="color: #003366">There could be a few possible reasons for this:</span>

- <span style="color: #003366">You did not add this field to the necessary screen.</span>
- <span style="color: #003366">The field does not appear on the Issue because it is empty.</span>
- <span style="color: #003366">Issue type does not support this type of field (e.x. Parent Status field is available for Subtask only).</span>
- <span style="color: #003366">Due to Jira cloud architecture, updating (modifying) the Issue to start the field calculation can be required.</span>


### <span style="color: #003366">I have disabled Power Custom Field on the Configuration page, but I still see it on my ticket.</span>

<span style="color: #003366">Disabling the field does not remove it from the screen. You have to unassociated the field from the necessary screen additionally as usual.</span>


### <span style="color: #003366">Can users edit a value in Power Custom Field manually?</span>

<span style="color: #003366">No, the fields are locked and are calculated automatically.</span>


### <span style="color: #003366">Can I rename the Power Custom field?</span>

<span style="color: #003366">We're working on extending Power Custom Fields settings but, unfortunately, it is not available right now.</span>


### <span style="color: #003366">Can I expect that the Cloud version has the same functionality as the Server/DC version?</span>

<span style="color: #003366">Due to the different architecture between Server and Cloud Jira versions, applications have different sets of available fields. ### <span style="color: #003366">Is it possible to migrate configured Power Custom Fields from Jira Server/DC to Jira Cloud?</span>

<span style="color: #003366">Unfortunately, there is no way to implement the migration. Due to the different architecture between Jira Server and Jira Cloud, applications have totally different sets of fields for different hosting options, so migration is currently not possible.</span>
