<span style="color: #333333">As a user, you can approve or reject a project request only when the administrator grants you required permissions to do so.</span>

<span style="color: #333333">Perform the following to view project creation requests assigned to you as a designated project approver</span>

1. <span style="color: #333333">Navigate to your profile on the top right corner of the page and select</span>*<span style="color: #333333"> Project creation requests </span>*<span style="color: #333333">from the menu options.</span>

2. <span style="color: #333333">Click </span>
  - *<span style="color: #333333">View</span>*<span style="color: #333333"> (</span>> Macro (inline-media-image)

<span style="color: #333333">) next to an existing request to view the respective request.</span>
  - *<span style="color: #333333">Delete</span>*<span style="color: #333333"> (</span>> Macro (inline-media-image)

<span style="color: #333333">) next to an existing request to delete the respective request.</span>

# <span style="color: #333333">Approve a project request</span>

<span style="color: #333333">In the </span>*<span style="color: #333333">Project creation requests </span>*<span style="color: #333333">page:</span>

1. <span style="color: #333333">Click </span>*<span style="color: #333333">View</span>*<span style="color: #333333"> (</span>> Macro (inline-media-image)

<span style="color: #333333">) next to an </span>*<span style="color: #333333">Open</span>*<span style="color: #333333"> request. The details of the respective project request are displayed in a window.</span>

2. <span style="color: #333333">(Optional) Add comments in the </span>*<span style="color: #333333">Comments </span>*<span style="color: #333333">section and click </span>**<span style="color: #333333">Add comment </span>**<span style="color: #333333">for the benefit of the user requesting the project.</span>
3. <span style="color: #333333">Click </span>
  - **<span style="color: #333333">Approve </span>**<span style="color: #333333">to approve the project and proceed further if you want to edit the project details in the </span>*<span style="color: #333333">Create project </span>*<span style="color: #333333">window.</span>

  - **<span style="color: #333333">Reject </span>**<span style="color: #333333">to reject the project request or </span>**<span style="color: #333333">Cancel </span>**<span style="color: #333333">to drop the approval process in the window from step 1.</span>
4. <span style="color: #333333">Click </span>
  - **<span style="color: #333333">Submit </span>**<span style="color: #333333">to approve the project request and create a project. A confirmation message is displayed once the project is created.</span>
  - **<span style="color: #333333">Cancel </span>**<span style="color: #333333">to drop the approval process.</span>
