# Prometheus Exporters

[Prometheus](https://prometheus.io/docs/introduction/overview/)<span style="color: #333333"> is an open-source system monitoring and alerting toolkit that is a go-to monitoring tool and a standard for many companies worldwide. </span>  
<span style="color: #333333">Prometheus Exporter apps provide endpoints to expose Atlassian application metrics to Prometheus.</span>
