Power Actions for Jira extends Jira workflows with custom forms and wizard-style screens, allowing administrators to collect structured user input during issue transitions. Using SIL scripting, Power Actions can trigger complex actions — updating fields, creating subtasks, sending notifications, and calling external APIs — based on data entered by the user in the transition form. It is part of the Power Suite and requires the SIL Engine to run.
