## Prerequisites

You must be:

- An admin of the Confluence Cloud instance.
- Either a technical contact or a billing contact of the Confluence Cloud instance. To verify, log in to [MyAtlassian](https://my.atlassian.com/?__hstc=72543820.478060a5fed2e79d90b59818d9cb19af.1442576901450.1537763892331.1537767376646.2083&__hssc=72543820.14.1537767376646&__hsfp=4166081072) and ensure the Confluence Cloud instance appears on the *Licenses *page.
- If you're using a firewall, add `**.appfire.app` to the allowlist (`whitelist`) to ensure the app functions properly and all subdomain resources are accessible.

## Installation

1. Click the Confluence icon in the top-left corner.
2. Go to **Apps **>** Explore more apps**.
3. On the* Explore apps for Confluence*** **page, search for *Reporting for Confluence*.
4. Click **Install** (or **Free Trial** if the app requires a paid license) to download and install.  
If the app requires a paid license, you will be provided with a minimum of a 30-day free trial.
5. Click **Get Started **in the *Installed and ready-to-go* dialog box.

## Getting Started

1. From the installation page, you are redirected to the *Get started with Reporting for Confluence Cloud* page.
2. Under *Onboarding*, click the **Using Reporting for Confluence Cloud **card to understand the basics of Reporting for Confluence.
3. Click **Next** until you reach the end of the slides, then click the **Step-by-step guide** button to open the next onboarding panel.
4. Click **Next** until you reach the end of the slides, then click the **Take me to my space** button to be redirected to your Confluence spaces.
