> ℹ️ **Rich Filters::PDF Reports for Jira**<span style="color: #333333"> is an </span>**extension**<span style="color: #333333"> of the </span><span style="color: #333333">*Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards*</span><span style="color: #333333"> app.</span>

<span style="color: #172b4d">After </span>*Rich Filter::PDF Reports for Jira*<span style="color: #172b4d"> is installed, dashboards containing at least one rich filter gadget display an </span><span style="color: #172b4d">**Export to PDF **</span><span style="color: #172b4d">button on the upper/right-hand side of the dashboard. </span>

<span style="color: #172b4d">After the button is pressed, the </span><span style="color: #172b4d">*Export gadgets to PDF*</span><span style="color: #172b4d"> dialog is displayed.</span>

<span style="color: #172b4d">You can also choose to include export metadata in the exported PDF file. Check the </span><span style="color: #172b4d">**Include export metadata**</span><span style="color: #172b4d"> box to export a PDF file with the information about the rich filter(s) used in the gadgets' configuration, active quick filters, total number of issues, Jira, and rich filter app versions. </span>

> ⚠️ Only the rich filter gadgets from the dashboard are exported to the PDF file. *Rich Filter::PDF Reports for Jira* does not export any non-rich filter gadgets.

Export limits defined by Jira administrators are considered only for Rich Filter Results gadgets (see the [Export limits](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RFPDF/pages/803143721) page for more details).
