#### Support for custom ratios

This release introduces <span style="color: #172b4d">[custom ratios](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RFP/pages/803406522)</span>, a new type of configuration object – similar to [custom values](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RFP/pages/803405881)** **– which further extends the capabilities of the rich filter gadgets. *Custom ratios* are defined as ratios, with a numerator and a denominator which can be based on Issue Count, or numeric or time tracking fields. Optional JQL filtering conditions can be used to filter the contributing issues for the numerator and/or the denominator. *Custom ratios* can thus be used to compute ratios of different values.

*Custom ratios* are defined in the rich filter configuration and are available in *Rich Filter Simple Gauge, Rich Filter Smart Gauges, Rich Filter Statistics *and* Rich Filter Two Dimensional Statistics* gadgets as a way to define proportions, providing a reusable and more flexible alternative to *filter & value* pairs. In future releases, *custom ratios* will be made available in other rich filter gadgets as well. 

#### Support<span style="color: #172b4d"> for filter-value pairs in Simple Gauge Gadget</span>

<span style="color: #262626">Each gauge displayed in the </span><span style="color: #262626">*Rich Filter Simple Gauge *</span><span style="color: #262626">gadget can be configured with a </span><span style="color: #172b4d">*filter-value*</span><span style="color: #262626"> pair or with a</span><span style="color: #262626">** **</span><span style="color: #172b4d">[custom ratio](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RFP/pages/803406522)</span><span style="color: #262626">. The </span><span style="color: #262626">*filter*</span><span style="color: #262626"> determines the gauge level by filtering the contributing issues. The </span><span style="color: #172b4d">*value*</span><span style="color: #262626"> can be the Issue Count, or a numeric or time-tracking field.</span>

#### Other improvements and fixes

- Fixed: In particular cases, the <span style="color: #172b4d">SLA gauge values were not mapped properly</span>
- Other minor fixes

## Supported Jira Versions

*Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards* version 1.30 is supported on Jira versions starting with 8.20.0. See Atlassian Marketplace for the [latest Jira version compatibility information](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214789/rich-filters-for-jira-dashboards/version-history).
