#### Rename the app

The app's name was changed to *Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards* instead of *Rich Filters::Service Desk Dashboards*.

#### Add support for *Satisfaction* as a numeric value.

The *Satisfaction *field can now be used as a numeric field in rich filters and rich filter gadgets. More precisely, users can:

- Use *Satisfaction* as the value in Rich Filter Simple Counter, Smart Counters, Statistics, and Two Dimensional Statistics gadgets
- Display the *Satisfaction* average, min, or max in the total row of Rich Filter Results gadgets
- Use *Satisfaction *in custom values and time series

#### Add support for *Satisfaction date* and *Satisfaction comment* in Views

*Satisfaction date* and *Satisfaction comment* can now be added as unique columns in rich filter views.

## Installation and upgrade

The app can be installed from the Atlassian Marketplace or the **Find new add-ons** page of your Jira instance.

Please make sure you follow the instructions below before and after installing / upgrading the **Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards** app:

- **Before installing** *Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards*, you should ensure that a compatible *Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards* app version is already installed and licensed. To find the compatible *Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards* versions, look at our [compatibility matrix](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RFSD/pages/802881676) between *Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards* and *Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards*.
- **Before upgrading** *Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards* – it is preferable to first upgrade the *Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards* app to the latest version.
- **After installing ***Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards* – **you must reindex** your Jira instance (or at least all the Service Management projects). Until this operation is performed, some of the statistics based on SLA fields might not return correct results.

## Supported Jira core/service management versions

The *Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards* version 1.3 is supported on Jira versions starting with 8.8.0 and compatible Service Management versions—see the [Jira applications compatibility matrix](https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjira/jira-platform-releases/jira-applications-compatibility-matrix) published by Atlassian to determine the compatible Service Management versions.
