## Introduction

**Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards** is an **extension** of the *Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards* app. This extension adds functionality specific to Jira Service Management to the existing rich filters. The **Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards** app provides the following functionality on top of the existing rich filters: 

- Statistics and dynamic filtering on Service Management specific fields: *Customer Request Type* and *Organizations*
- Statistics results based on Service Management SLA field values (*SLA Completed*, *Met*, *Breached*, *%Met*, *%Breached*, *Average)*
- Statistics on Service Management SLA Completion Dates
- Time series based on Service Management SLA values *(SLA Completed*,* Met*,* Breached*,* %Met*,* %Breached*,* Average)*
