This page extends the [Configuring Dynamic Filters](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RFP/pages/803405830) page from the *Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards* documentation. 

*Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards* provides dynamic filtering support for the Service Management specific fields *Customer Request Type* and *Organizations*.

The dynamic filters on the *Customer Request Type* and *Organizations* fields work the same way all the other filters work. You can add, delete, reorder, or change the options order of a dynamic filter on the *Customer Request Type* or *Organizations* fields the same way you do for all the other fields.
