This page extends the [Configuring Custom Values](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RFP/pages/803405881) page from the *Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards* documentation. 

*Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards *supports using the **Satisfaction** field as a base value for custom values. You can use satisfaction custom values to display statistics based on the average, minimum, or maximum customer satisfaction.
