Signals are stored in a Forge SQL database. This section manages the schema migrations.

- **Reload** — refresh migration status.
- **Apply migrations** — run pending migrations. Disabled when the schema is up to date.

The list shows each migration name and whether it is **Pending** or applied (with a timestamp). Click a migration to preview its DDL. Apply migrations before creating sample signals or relying on signal ingestion.
