Temporary demo tooling that mutates Forge SQL signal rows for a static Risk and enqueues risk-signal-change events. This section appears only when the demo signal changes feature flag is enabled. Enter a **Risk key** and pick a **Criticality**, then use **Resolve random linked signal** or **Add linked signal from same leaf**. This is for demonstrating signal-driven workflows; it does not update the KVS signal detail rows.
