The Appfire QueueZero work item detail includes two tabs for monitoring QueueZero activity - the **Costs** tab and the **Logs** tab. **Costs** includes a breakdown of token usage for the work item, per phase and activity. **Logs** lists the full log of all activities QueueZero has completed for that work item.

## Cost analysis

The **Costs **tab provides a breakdown of token usage for planning and execution.

The information shown depends on the configured model:

- When using QueueZero’s LLM, the tab shows token usage only.
- When using your own connected LLM (Bring Your Own LLM), the tab also shows the actual cost reported through API usage.

Each version of the implementation is listed, and within each version you can view usage for Planning and Execution separately. Each of these phase breakdowns include two primary sections:

- **Token usage**: Shows token usage for the phase, including input, cached, output tokens, and the number of Web requests made.
- **Phases and models**: Lists each phase and the model used for that phase. Each entry includes the cost for the actions performed by QueueZero based on token usage.

## Activity logs

The **Logs** tab includes full details of all actions taken by QueueZero during both the Planning and Execution phases. This includes more than just the implementation steps outlined in your plan. Actions such as access to code repositories, work item data, and knowledge sources are included as well as code review and details on any fixes applied during execution.
