Use the **Team** page to view members in your Appfire QueueZero organization and invite new people to join.

Organization Owners and Organization Admins can invite users individually, invite multiple people at once, or upload a CSV file. When you invite users, you also assign their organization role.

Invited users receive an email invitation. After accepting it, they can create an account or sign in, verify their email, and join the organization.

## View organization members

To open the Team page, go to **Team **in the side menu.

The member list shows everyone who currently belongs to the selected organization. For each member, you can see the member’s display name and email address, organization role, the month and year the member joined the organization, and the additional actions available for that member.

Use the organization switcher in the upper-right corner to make sure you’re managing the right organization.

## Invite members

To invite people to your organization:

1. In the side menu, click** Team**.
2. Select **Invite member**.
3. Enter one or more email addresses. You have two options:
  - **Manually – **You can invite one person or multiple people at the same time. Enter each email address on a new line, or separate multiple addresses with commas. Click** + Add**.
  - **CSV** **update** – To invite users in bulk, select **Upload CSV**. You can use **Sample CSV** to download the expected format before preparing your file.

> ℹ️ You can add up to 100 email addresses per invitation.

4. Click **+** **Add**.
5. Review the recipients.
6. Choose an **Organization role**. For most users, choose **Member**. Assign **Organisation admin** or **Owner** only to people who need to manage QueueZero setup. For more information on roles and permissions, refer to the [related page](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RS/pages/3293446483).
7. Select **Send (…) invites**.

Invited users receive an email asking them to join your QueueZero organization. They need to accept the invitation before it expires.

## Review invitation results

After you send the invitations, QueueZero shows the result for each email address.

An invitation can be:

- **Invited** — The invitation was sent successfully.
- **Skipped** — The user is already a member of the organization or already has a pending invitation. No further action is required.
- **Failed** — QueueZero could not send the invitation.

If one or more invitations fail, select **Retry N failed** to retry only the failed addresses.

## Accept an invitation

When a user is invited to an organization:

1. They receive an email invitation.
2. They open the invitation link.
3. They create a QueueZero account or sign in.
4. They verify their email using the passcode sent by email.
5. They join the organization.

After joining, the user receives the organization-level role selected by the inviter.

> ℹ️ Pending invitations are shown in the Team page. Use pending invitations to review which users have been invited but have not yet joined the organization.

## Resend an invitation

QueueZero does not provide a separate resend action for pending invitations.

To send a new invitation:

1. Find the pending invitation on the **Team** page.
2. Select **Revoke**.
3. Invite the user again.

Use this process if an invitation expires or the user needs a new invitation email.

## Change or remove organization members

You can update a member's organization role or remove them from the organization from the **Team** page.

An organization must always have at least one Owner.

If you try to change the role of or remove the only Owner, QueueZero prevents the change. Promote another member to **Owner** first, then change or remove the previous Owner.

## After users join

After a user accepts the invitation, they appear in the member list.

Adding someone to the organization gives them access to QueueZero, but [space access is managed separately](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RS/pages/3393486849/Space+settings#Members). To let a user work in a specific QueueZero space, add them from the **Members** tab in that space's settings.
