The space view gives you a centralized place to find work items, review their details, and start a resolution without leaving the Appfire QueueZero standalone app.

## Open a space

1. Open the QueueZero standalone app.
2. Click **Spaces **from the sidebar. All available spaces in your QueueZero instance are displayed. Use **Search** and **Filters** to find your Space.
You can use the **Filters** to narrow the list by:
  - Jira key
  - Member
  - Your role
  - Created date
  - Activity, such as whether the space has repositories, plans, or pull requests.
You can combine filters to narrow the results further. You can also sort the list by recently updated, name, most work items, most pull requests, and plan completion.
3. Select a space to open its work item list.

The space page displays work items from the Jira spaces mapped to the selected QueueZero space.

## Understand the space work items list

The space page contains three main areas.

### 1. Search and filter

Use the search and filter bar above the work item list to find the work items you need.

#### Search for work items

Enter a work item key or name in the search field. As you type, QueueZero displays suggestions that match your search.

Search results are limited to work items available in the current QueueZero space.

#### Filter work items

Select **Filter** to narrow the list by:

- Assignee
- Status
- The person or system automation that ran QueueZero
- Whether the work item has a generated QueueZero plan
- Whether the work item has a pull request
- Whether the work item is in progress
- Whether the work item is completed

You can combine filters to narrow the results further.

### 2. Work item list

The center of the page displays the work items available in the space. For each work item, QueueZero shows:

- Work item key
- Priority
- Work item name
- Assignee
- Status

> ✅ Click a work item to open its details page. The work item page combines Jira information and QueueZero activity in one place. For more information, continue with [Resolve a work item in QueueZero](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RS/pages/3351675003).

QueueZero divides large work item lists into pages instead of loading every work item at once. Use the paging controls to move between pages.

### 3. Repositories

The **Repositories** panel shows the repositories connected to the space, including the repository provider and branch.

Review this panel to confirm that the space is connected to the repositories QueueZero needs. Click **Manage** to update the repository connections.

### 4. Jira mappings

The **Jira mappings** panel shows the Jira spaces mapped to the QueueZero space.

These mappings determine which Jira work items are available on the space page. Review them if an expected work item does not appear in the list.
