Use **Refine PR** to address review feedback on a pull request created by Appfire QueueZero. QueueZero collects the open review comments, lets you choose which ones to address, and creates a refinement plan for the existing pull request before updating it.

> ℹ️ This is different from **Refine a plan**, which reruns the implementation plan. **Refine PR** improves an existing pull request based on reviewer feedback.

## How to refine a pull request

1. Open a work item with an existing QueueZero pull request.
2. Open the **More** menu and select **Refine PR**.
3. Review the pull request comments QueueZero finds.
Comments are marked by status, such as:
  - **New**
  - **Unresolved**
  - **Already handled**
4. Select the comments you want QueueZero to address.
You can select individual comments or an entire section.
5. Optionally, add a short instruction to clarify how QueueZero should handle the feedback (if your organization has that option enabled).
6. Click **Generate plan**.
QueueZero creates a refinement plan based on the selected comments and your guidance.
7. Review the proposed refinement plan.
8. Select **Approve & run** to start the refinement.
9. Track the progress from the **Refine PR** tab. QueueZero updates the code, pushes the changes to the pull request, and replies to or resolves the review comments it addressed.

## Refresh the preview

The pull request or its review comments may change while you are reviewing the refinement plan. When this happens, QueueZero displays a **refresh preview** warning.

Refresh the preview before continuing so the plan uses the latest pull request content and comments.

## After the refinement

When the refinement is complete, review the updated pull request and confirm that the selected feedback was addressed. Comments you did not select remain unchanged.
