The **Dashboard** is the operational overview for the currently selected Appfire QueueZero organization.

> ℹ️ What you see depends on where the organization is in its setup:
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ - **Before the organization has spaces and resolution activity**, the Dashboard shows a setup checklist to help you get QueueZero running. Use the checklist to move through the main setup tasks. The setup checklist can appear again if the organization no longer has any spaces or plans.
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ - **After setup and the first plan**, the Dashboard becomes an operational overview where you can monitor usage, resolution activity, work that needs attention, and recently created pull requests.

Dashboard data is scoped to the organization selected in the organization switcher. When you switch organizations, the page updates to show that organization’s setup, activity, and usage.

## 1. Start a resolution

Once the operational Dashboard is available, click **Start resolving** to choose a work item and begin a new resolution from the standalone app.

For the complete workflow, see **[QueueZero standalone app overview](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RS/pages/3351675003/Resolver+standalone+app+overview?atl_f=PAGETREE)**.

## 2. Review work that needs attention

The **Needs attention** section brings together resolutions that require action before they can progress.

Each card identifies the work item, its current plan version and status, the associated space, and how long it has been in that state.

Use this section to quickly return to work waiting for review or another user action.

## 3. Monitor usage for the current period

The **Usage this period** section shows your organization's current plan and usage during the active billing period.

Depending on your organization’s configuration, it can include:

| **Usage** | **What it represents** |
| --- | --- |
| Resolutions | Resolution runs used during the current period. |
| Spend* | AI usage charged against the organization’s available allowance.<br>**The ****Spend**** metric is shown only for organizations configured to display monetary spend. It may not be available for your organization, and connecting your own AI provider does not automatically make it visible.* |
| Repositories | Repositories currently connected under the plan. |

The reset date indicates when the usage period starts again.

Click **Manage** to review the subscription, plan limits, and billing settings. For more information, see **[Billing and plans](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RS/pages/3293184199/Billing+and+plans?atl_f=PAGETREE)**.

## 4. Track recent resolution activity

The activity cards compare activity from the last seven days with the preceding seven-day period.

### PRs raised

Shows how many pull requests QueueZero created during the last seven days.

Use this metric to see how often resolutions are reaching a review-ready result.

### Plans generated

Shows the number of implementation plans QueueZero created during the last seven days.

Use this metric to understand planning activity across the organization.

### Failed runs

Shows the number and percentage of resolution attempts that failed during the last seven days. An increase may indicate issues with work item context, repository access, connected knowledge, or execution.

These cards are intended for quick operational monitoring. For longer reporting periods, filtering, ROI metrics, and exports, use **[Analytics](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RS/pages/3159032812/Analytics?atl_f=PAGETREE)**.

## 5. Review recently shipped work

The **Recently shipped** section shows work items for which QueueZero recently created a pull request.

Each entry includes the work item key and summary, the associated space, when the pull request was created, and a link to the pull request when available.

Click **View affected work items** to open the complete set represented by this section.
