The Appfire QueueZero work item detail includes the **Governance** tab, which reports on the results of any guardrails added to enforce your team’s coding standards. A [guardrail](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RS/pages/3641376799) is additional context that is added to an agent prompt every time it writes code in any space in your organization. Guardrails can be added to the organization, or they can be added to a space and include both:

- A natural language rule, which is the context added to each prompt
- And optional Automated enforcement, which are specific checks executed against the output generated during code review

Guardrail results, in the form of observations and warnings, are reported on the Governance tab.

## Governance tab

> 📝 **Note**: Warnings or observations on the Governance tab can either advise of potential issues or report on why a plan was blocked, depending on the configuration of the guardrail that was enforced. See [organization guardrails](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RS/pages/3641376799) and [space guardrails](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RS/pages/3668738179), depending on where your guardrails are configured, for more information.

The Governance tab (Figure 1, below) displays one or more states:

- **No guardrail results recorded for this run yet** - There are currently no guardrail results for the current run.
- **All guardrails followed** - Guardrails have detected no issues.
- **Monitored findings** - For guardrails configured to report observations, QueueZero will report detected issues under this heading.
- **Flagged findings** - For guardrails configured to report warnings, QueueZero will report detected issues under this heading.
