Use the **Members** tab to give users access to the space.

Users must belong to the QueueZero organization before they can be added to a space.

1. Open the **Members** tab.
2. Select **Add member**.
3. Choose an organization member.
4. Select a space role.

| --- | --- |
| **Role** | **Description** |
| **Space Member** | Can access the space and use QueueZero for available work items. |
| **Space Admin** | Can manage most space-level settings and space members. For more information, see <u>**[Invite users](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RS/pages/3293118641/Invite+users?atl_f=PAGETREE)**</u> and <u>**[Roles and permissions](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RS/pages/3293446483)**</u>. |

5. Add the member.
