Use the **Knowledge** page to manage the code and documentation QueueZero accesses during planning and execution. This includes code repositories, associated Confluence documentation, and the virtual machine environment (Environment grounding) to be used with that repository. This is also where you configure which branch should be tracked and indexing for the code graph for your repositories. You can add multiple repositories to each QueueZero Space, and choose which should be included when [running a resolution](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RS/pages/3159621711).

## Adding a repository

To add a repository to a Space:

1. Open your Space and on the right side of the page click **Knowledge**.
2. Click **Add repository**.
3. Select the location of your repository - **GitHub** or **Bitbucket**.
4. Select the organization (GitHub) or workspace (Bitbucket).
5. Use the search to find your repository, and select if from the list. Alternately, click **Or enter a URL manually** and enter the URL of the repository.
6. Optionally, connect a Confluence documentation space by entering it’s URL. Select the depth a QueueZero agent should read that space, where 0 is the Overview page only.
7. Click **Add repository**.

## Manage repositories

Click the name of the repository or select **Actions** > **Repository settings** to open the configuration options (Figure 2, below). The list of connected repositories includes the following:

- **Repository name** - Includes both an icon for the repository platform and the name.
- **Branch** - The repository branch that is tracked in QueueZero processes.
- **Indexing **- Whether or not the code graph is set to index, and its current indexing status.
- **Docs** - The number of documentation sources associated with the repository.
- **Environment** - Which environment that repository uses for code verification.
- **Actions** - Select **Repository settings** to edit its configuration, **Re-index** to refresh the code graph, or **Remove repository** to remove that connection from your Space.

Each repository includes the following configuration options:

- **General** - An overview of the repository configuration. Select a tab to configure its options.
  - **Tracked branch** - The code branch that will be indexed, and the one that will be the basis for branches when QueueZero runs a resolution.
- **Environment** - The Environment used for the repository; environments are run as virtual machines during the code verification step of running a resolution.
  - **Configure environment** - Click to fully configure the virtual environment QueueZero uses when running code verification. See [Set up a dev sandbox](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RS/pages/3624304708) for more information.
- **Code graph** - Click **Re-index** to refresh the index of the code.
- **Documentation** - Click **Manage links** to view the specific documentation sites that have been added and to refresh the index.
  - **Active** - Toggle the site to change its availability to QueueZero processes.
  - **Re-index** - Refresh the index for that documenation site.
  - **Delete** - Remove the connection.
:warning: This cannot be undone!
  - **Add documentation link** - Click to add an additional site to the repository. Enter the Confluence URL, select the depth QueueZero should access, and click **Add**.
- **Repository knowledge** - Toggle whether or not QueueZero should maintain its own knowledge about the repository.
- **Registries** - The registry through which the virtual environment will install; you must add a [Registry connection](#) to your Space before selecting one for the repository.
