This release completes the move of Scaffolding Forms & Templates for Confluence Cloud, version 4.0.0, to the Atlassian Forge platform.

## Improvements

This release includes the following improvement:

- **Migration to the Atlassian Forge platform**: Scaffolding Forms & Templates for Confluence Cloud is now a native [Atlassian Forge](https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/forge/introduction/why-build-with-forge/) app. The [February 26, 2025 release](https://support.appfire.com/space/SCAFC/1848148080/Release+notes+26+February+2025) moved the app onto Forge while it still used Atlassian Connect, and the [July 27, 2026 release](https://support.appfire.com/space/SCAFC/3639509265/Release+notes+27+July+2026) registered it with the Atlassian Connect-to-Forge migration program. This release completes that migration before Connect reaches end of support. Your macros and saved content don't change. To get this version, upgrade the app from the Atlassian Marketplace as usual.
