Let’s create a simple form containing text and numeric data and dropdown lists.

## <span style="color: #172b4d">Overview</span>

In this example, we use Scaffolding to create a form for a user to fill in with data. Then, we reuse that data and display it in a structured way.

## Ingredients

## Guide

1. Create a table as in the following image:
2. Add [Text Data](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SCAFS/pages/477600110), [List Data](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SCAFS/pages/477600000), [List Option](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SCAFS/pages/477599993), and [Number Data](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SCAFS/pages/477600141) macros as in the following image:

> ✅ Use unique macro names* *to avoid conflicts.

3. Save the page.

You can now click **Edit Contents** to enter data into the form.

## Notes

To simplify editing the [Text Data](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SCAFS/pages/477600110) content, you can set the *Content Type* parameter to **text **instead of *richtext.*

To allow multiple selections for [List Data](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SCAFS/pages/477600000), select **Allow Multiple***.*
