## Macro limitations

The following instances are currently not supported in this macro:

- Using multiple Data Section macros with the same name on the same page will fail to provide accurate results.

> ✅ This is to avoid data confusion with values rendered for this scenario; instead, use the Group Data macro.

- Concurrent user edits will fail, resulting in overwritten data.
- The use of Confluence wiki markup is currently not supported.
- Migration from Confluence Server to Confluence Cloud is currently not supported. Scaffolding data that resides within the Data Section macro will not be migrated. When migrating Scaffolding pages that contain the Data Section macro to the Cloud, it will appear as an *Unknown macro: data-section***.**
