## Help us help you

When contacting us with an issue, provide us with the following information:

- App version number
- Confluence version number
- Your page's storage format markup:
  - Go to **Tools **>** View Storage Format** (you may need administrator access)
  - Copy the contents and save them in a `.txt` file.
- HAR file - Replicate the issue and generate the HAR file.

We will respond to you as quickly as possible and try to solve any issues you are facing with our products.
