This guide will help you install the <span style="color: #333333">Contact Views for Salesforce & JSM</span> add-on.

## Prerequisites

You must be:

- An admin of the Jira Cloud instance.
- Either a technical contact or billing contact of the Jira Cloud instance. To verify, log in to [https://my.atlassian.com](https://my.atlassian.com) and ensure the Jira Cloud instance appears on the **Licenses** page.

# Steps

1. Log into your Jira Cloud.
2. Click the admin dropdown and choose **Add-ons**.  
The **Find new add-ons** screen loads.
3. Locate <span style="color: #333333"> </span><span style="color: #333333">**Contact Views for Salesforce & JSM**</span>
4. Click **Free trial** to download and install your add-on.
5. Click **Close** in the **Installed and ready-to-go** dialog window.
