## Summary

Publisher for Salesforce and Confluence configuration mappings page are not showing any values in the drop-down list for Article record type nor in the Article Type Field.

## Environment

## Diagnostics Steps

Not applicable.

## Cause

User used during authentication process is **not **a Knowledge User in Salesforce.

## Workaround

Not applicable.

## Resolution

User used in authentication process needs have the Knowledge User setting enabled on their profile.

In Salesforce, follow these steps:

1. Go to **Setup**
2. In Quick Find, search **User**
3. Click **Edit **for the authentication user
4. On the right side, look for **Knowledge User** and Enable the setting
5. Click **Save**

In Jira,

1. Refresh the Configuration page under Salesforce Publisher
