## Default permissions

By default, a box user had full permissions (Administer Priorities module). 

## Change permissions

To change permissions, you need to be a Jira Administrator.

1. Go to **Jira settings **>** System **>** Security **>** Global permissions**.
2. Find **Administer Priorities module** permissions.
3. Add or delete users.
