With the **Share view** option, you can let other users to see your current view of the OKR module the same way you do. You can share the views of the *[Overview](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SPM/pages/1918834317)*, *[Hierarchy](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SPM/pages/1918669889)*, and [Progress Dashboard](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SPM/pages/1918801225) pages.

The recipient will have their view adjusted based on the active:

- OKR period (once changed, it becomes active for all three pages).
- [Column layout](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SPM/pages/1918835243) order.
- [Filters and searches](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SPM/pages/1918637654) (once applied, they become active on all three pages).

> ℹ️ The share view link does not expire. The recipient must be granted permission to view the content in the OKR module; otherwise, they will be denied access to the shared view.

## Generate the share view link

You can generate the view by clicking the **Share view **button. The button is in the same location on the *Overview*, *Hierarchy*, and *Progress Dashboard* pages. 

You can find the **Share view **button:

- On the top menu.
- Next to the saved view on the **view switcher** under **More actions** (**…**).

1. Click the **Share view**   button.
2. The URL is automatically copied, and you can send it to other stakeholders using email, Slack, etc.
