## Financial module

By default, access to financial information is restricted. Only people who have been assigned a financial role can interact with the information.

### What are the available roles?

The following permissions are required for the Financial module:

- **App Financial Viewer** - can open the Financials module and view the information but can’t make any changes.
- **App Financial Admin** - can set up the Fainaniclas module itself and configure the rates.
  - Financial module access.
  - Editing hourly rates in App Administration.
  - Edit Financial data in the Financial panel, including budget and cost calculation.

### Who can adjust the settings?

The following users can configure the roles:

- Jira admin
- Resource admin (Big picture role)
- App admin (BigPicture role)

### Where can I adjust the settings?

Go to the **Security*** *tab in BigPicture Administration.

### Is a financial role sufficient?

In addition to the financial role, users should be assigned:

- a global role (such as app user or app admin)
- a box role (such as box viewer, editor, or box admin)

By default, after installation, full access is given to all users.

## Foxly module

Access to the Priorities module is based on Jira settings.
