On the *OKR details *page, click the respective field (or the pen icon, if applicable) to edit the details. OKR details are divided into the following sections: - **Progress** - **Info** - **Alignment** - **Linked work items **and **Linked boxes** | **OKR details page section** | **Editable field/details for:** | **Notes** | | --- | --- | --- | | **Objective** | **Sub-objective** | **Key Result** | | Parent | Add parent | Change parent | Change parent | Use a dropdown at the top of the page to:
- Add a parent Objective to a top-level Objective. - Change a parent Objective of a sub-objective or Key Result (depending on the OKR being edited). - You cannot edit the Objective of the closed OKR. | | Progress | x | x | Start value | - You can edit progress only for the manual KRs. - You can edit the progress of the open and closed OKRs. | | x | x | Desired value | | x | x | Measure as | | Info | Name | Name | Name | - You cannot edit the name of the closed OKR. | | Owner | Owner | Owner | - You can edit the owner of the open and closed OKR. | | Collaborators | Collaborators | Collaborators | - You can edit the collaborators of the open and closed OKRs. | | Teams | Teams | Teams | - You can edit the teams of the open and closed OKRs. | | Period | Period | Period | - After selecting a new period for the Objective or sub-objective, you will be asked whether you want to move all sub-objectives and Key Results to the new period as well. - You cannot edit the period of the closed OKR. | | Expected start date | Expected start date | Expected start date | - If the selected start/end date does not match the current period, you will need to create a new one. - Changing the start/end dates does not update the period dates. - You can edit the start/end dates of the open and closed OKRs. | | Expected end date | Expected end date | Expected end date | | Label | Label | Label | - You can edit the labels of the open and closed OKRs. | | OKR Type | OKR Type | OKR Type | - You cannot edit the type of the closed OKR. | | Description | Description | Description | - You cannot edit the description of the closed OKR. | | x | Weight | Weight | - You can edit the weight of the open and closed KRs. | | Alignment | Dependency (with another Objective or sub-objective) | Dependency (with another Objective or sub-objective) | Dependency (with another Key Result) | - You can link and unlink dependencies in the open and closed OKRs. | | Contribution (with another OKR) | Contribution (with another OKR) | Contribution (with another OKR) | - You can link and unlink contributions across open and closed OKRs. | | Linked work items | x | x | Linked work items | - You can link and unlink work items in the open and closed KRs. | | Linked boxes | x | x | Linked boxes | - You can link and unlink boxes in the open and closed KRs. | ## Edit OKR field inline Similarly to Jira fields, OKR fields can also be [edited inline](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SPM/pages/1918637324). To edit a field value, left-click it and enter a new value.
