## Sandbox environment

Explore BigPicture SPM with mock data in a ready-to-use sandbox. Provide up to eight participant email addresses to get started. Please note that the Appfire sandbox will be removed once the EAP concludes.

**Note:** Sandbox data is **not confidential**. To test with your own data, use your own environment.

## Real environment

You can test BigPicture SPM in your own environment.

### **1. Preconditions**

Make sure that both **BigPicture** and **BigPicture Enterprise** have been installed.

### **2. Install** **the apps**

- To have access to the new <span style="color: #ff991f">**Priorities module**</span>, install the [Foxly](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1222824/foxly-requirements-backlog-prioritization-planning-poker) app.

- To have access to the new <span style="color: #ff991f">**OKR module**</span>,  install the [OKR](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221776/okr-for-jira) app.

- No additional installation is necessary to gain access to the <span style="color: #ff991f">**Financials module**</span>.

### **3. Reach out to us**

- Provide the base URL of your instance, and we will activate the new modules.
- We will provide free one-year licenses for the Foxly and OKR apps.

### 4. Configure permissions and roles

Adjust the permissions and roles as needed. For your reference, a short guide is available on [the following page](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SPMDRAFT/pages/1673724331).
