Click to expand the guide ## Board elements The Board module includes four elements: - Module header - Timeline with markers - Board with tasks and dependencies - [Infobar](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SPM/pages/1918633681): - Backlog - Dependencies - Warnings ![An overview of the Board module.](media://a7131313-7312-4783-a2e3-b3f94491786b) ## Adjust the view Your task cards can be presented in different ways to help you during the planning and monitoring of your work. ### Show objectives Integrate the Objectives with the Board module and display team objectives and committed tasks in one view using the Board to see how each team contributes to achieving the objectives.  ![image](media://908d6f34-2de5-4594-af72-33471ef1caed) ### Layout There are three ways to display tasks: - Compact - Regular - Wide Switch to compact mode if you want to fit more cards on the screen. Read more on the Layout page. ![Screenshot of the View menu in the Board module.](media://480f9785-53cf-4365-9ede-49bb2dd23e08) ### [Task warnings](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SPM/pages/1918636230) To see warnings, ensure the **Task warnings** option is active, as indicated by a checkmark. Warning indications will be visible directly on task cards and in the panel on the right under **Warnings** (in the form of a list). ![View options in the board module.](media://1233344d-176c-4d84-a51a-45a64d0f7d7b) ### [Totals](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SPM/pages/1918666880) Totals will help you plan and monitor the execution of your timeboxes (like PIs and Sprints). You can also use past data to analyze your teams' performance in depth. ![Upper menu. You can define more quick filters on the [box configuration](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SPM/pages/1918666176) > Tasks > [Quick filters](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SPM/pages/1918830532) page. ![Board module's filters.](media://06c157d6-24c8-44ee-822a-9c0304f7dda5) > ℹ️ The filter button also affects the backlog in the Infobar.
