## Overview

OKR gadgets let you view key OKR data on your Jira dashboard, along with other project metrics and stats.

There are two OKR gadgets available:

- **OKR List** - Displays a customizable list of all OKRs.
- **My OKRs progress** - Shows your personal OKR progress in a selected period.

## Add OKR dashboard gadget

1. Navigate to any [Jira dashboard](https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/what-is-a-jira-dashboard/) (or create a new one).
2. Click **Edit** > **Add Gadget**.
3. Type “OKR” in the search bar to find the OKR gadgets.
4. Click **Add** next to a gadget.

5. The gadget appears on your dashboard.

## OKR List gadget

The **OKR List gadget** displays a list of OKRs that you can configure based on your needs. For example, you can configure it to track your OKRs, your team's OKRs, OKRs that need attention, etc.

### Customize the OKR List gadget

1. Once you add a gadget, it will appear in the edit mode.
2. Customize the gadget:

- Select the [OKR period](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/createpage.action?spaceKey=spm&title=OKRs%20%28global%20configuration%29&linkCreation=true&fromPageId=1918864924) from the dropdown
- Add or remove columns from the [column layout](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SPM/pages/1918835243)
- Adjust the column width
- [Apply filters](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SPM/pages/1918637654) to narrow down the visible OKRs

3. **Save** to finish the process.

The gadget is now no longer in the edit mode. You can always customize the setup by clicking on the **More actions** (**…**) menu and selecting **Configure**.

## My OKRs progress gadget

This **My OKRs progress** **gadget** lets you monitor your OKRs and track their progress. 

### Customize the My OKRs progress gadget

1. Once you add a gadget, it will appear in the edit mode.
2. Customize the gadget:

- Select the [OKR period](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/createpage.action?spaceKey=spm&title=OKRs%20%28global%20configuration%29&linkCreation=true&fromPageId=1918864924) from the dropdown
- Choose what information you want to see:
  - **Objectives** - Shows the number of Objectives in different active statuses.
  - **Key Results** - Displays the number of Key Results in different active statuses.
- Choose the statuses you want to display for Objectives and Key Results (for example, On Track, At Risk, Off Track).
- Enable the **Display the number of OKRs that are in other statuses that chosen above** to see the combined number of OKRs that fall outside the chosen statuses.

3. **Save** to finish the process.

The gadget is now no longer in the edit mode. You can always customize the setup by clicking on the **More actions** (**…**) menu and selecting **Configure**.

Based on your configuration, the gadget will display:

- The number of Objectives and/or Key Results with the selected status.
- The overall progress percentage for the selected OKR period.
- The number of days remaining until the selected OKR period ends.
