## Add permission to administer Swanly

1. Navigate to **Jira > Settings > System > Global permissions**.
2. In the *Grant Permission *section, select *Administer Swanly *from the **Grant **drop-down and assign it to the desired **Group**. 3. Click **Add***.*

## Remove permission to administer Swanly

1. Navigate to **Jira > Settings > System > Global permissions**.
2. In the list of permissions, find *Administer Swanly* together with a list of groups to whom this permission is granted.
3. Click **Delete **in the group you want to remove permission from.
4. Confirm the removal of the group from this permission.
