## How to see the changes made to an issue

1. Open **Swanly Roadmaps** > choose **roadmap with Issue label**.
2. Open the issue report by clicking the issue name in the roadmap or list view.
3. Click the *Activity *tab.

**Tracked changes are:**

- Updating issue summary
- Updating issue start and end dates
- Updating stage dates
- Changing stage status
- Changing issue template
- Assigning scope

## How to see the changes made to a release

1. Open** Swanly Roadmaps **> Choose **roadmap with Release label**.
2. Open the release report by clicking the release name in the roadmap or list view.
3. Click the *Activity *tab.

**Tracked changes are:**

- Updating release name
- Updating release description
- Updating release start and end dates
- Updating stage dates
- Changing release status
- Changing stage status
- Changing release template
- Changing release projects
- Assigning issues to the release
- Archiving/unarchiving release
