In Swanly, you can create cross-project releases that allow you to track the progress of the release across many projects.

> ℹ️ When you create a cross-project release in Swanly, the releases with their names will appear in the projects you selected. All changes to these releases in Jira projects will be synchronized through Swanly.

## How to create a cross-project release

1. Go to **Apps** > **Swanly roadmaps** > **Release view**.
2. Click **+Add release**.
3. Click ***+ ***in the top right to open a *Create Release* form.
4. Add the release name and select the projects where this release should be created.
5. Click **Create**.

The cross-project release is created in all projects you selected. Now, you can schedule the release on the timeline and add scope to it to start tracking progress.
