## How to access release report

1. Navigate to Swanly via **Apps **>** Swanly Roadmaps**.
2. Open the *release report *panel by clicking the activity name in the roadmap or list view.
3. Click **Expand** in the report navigation bar to open a detailed view.

## What information is available in the release report

1. **Issue progress** - quickly look up the high-level progress of your release by Status category, Status, and Per project.
2. **Timetracking** - see how much time your team is spending on a release.
3. **Story points progress** - track your scope as a percentage of the story points in a certain status category.
4. **Burndown chart** - look up visually how your team is progressing against the work for a release.
5. **Issues in version** - get access to the actual status for each of the tickets, how many of them are done, and how many are still in progress.
6. **Affects version** - track Bugs or Defects that affect your release.
7. **Activity** - use it if you want to access the history of changes to the release.

> ℹ️ To correctly display the Timetracking report your team will need to log time in each ticket linked to the release.
