Swanly offers two views: issue and release. The way your team prefers to track progress will determine which view you use; or both.

### Issue view

The issue view allows you to track progress on the issue-level (epics, stories, tasks, as well as other standard and custom issue types in your Jira).

### Release view

In the release view, progress is tracked via Jira ***Fix Versions*** (aka Releases). Learn more about [Jira Fix versions here.](https://www.atlassian.com/agile/tutorials/versions#:~:text=Fix%20version%20is%20the%20version,likely%20the%20field%20you%20want.)

## How to switch between Issue and Release view?

1. Go to ***Apps*** > ***Swanly Roadmap***
2. On the left side of the top navigation menu in Swanly, click on the Release (or Issue) view dropdown
3. Select *Issue* or *Release View*
