### What is the limit of questions in a survey?

There can be up to 50 questions per survey and up to 2500 characters per answer.

### Can I brand my surveys?

Yes. HTML is supported in the survey form, so you can add your logo, colors, and custom formatting. If you have a branding feature request, let us know at [support@appfire.com](mailto:support@appfire.com).

### Can I see survey information on the ticket without clicking the glance (panel)?

Yes. Per [Atlassian](https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracorecloud/the-new-jira-issue-view-938040503.html), there are two options for the ticket glance display:

1. The new display hides the glance — click it to see the results.
2. The old display shows the glance immediately. To enable it, add **?oldIssueView=true** to your URL, and the survey information appears without any additional clicks.

### I created a survey but the email is not being sent. Why?

There are a few possible reasons:

1. The survey is not active. Activate it in the project's survey list.
2. The recipient is set to Assignee but the ticket is unassigned.
3. The ticket did not reach the status set as the trigger point in the Conditions tab.
4. **Send survey once per ticket** is selected instead of **Send surveys for all tickets** under Additional conditions in the Conditions tab.

### Does the Cloud version have the same functionality as Data Center?

Core functionality is the same across both deployments, but some features differ due to architectural differences between Cloud and Data Center. ### I have an issue exporting the Survey Feedback report

You can export the Survey Feedback report to CSV. How the exported file appears depends on the regional settings of your computer. Examples:
