The installation of the app is a standard procedure and is the same as for any other app for Jira Cloud. You buy a Cloud app by subscribing to it — start a free trial, and the subscription begins automatically after the trial period.

## Installing Surveys for Jira Cloud

1. In your Jira Cloud instance, click the Jira icon, then go to **Jira settings **>** Apps **>** Find new apps**.
2. Search for "Surveys for Jira".
3. Click **Free trial** to install the app.

> ℹ️ Although you can re-enable the trial within the original trial period, you cannot start a new trial after it expires. At that point you can subscribe to the app from the **Manage apps** page. ## Ending a subscription

1. Go to **Settings > Apps > Manage apps**.
2. Locate Surveys for Jira and expand its panel.
3. Click **Unsubscribe**. Canceling takes effect immediately.
