Surveys for Jira lets you send, aggregate, and analyze survey data based on the quality of support received by customers. You can customize surveys, brand them, manage permissions, add automation based on survey results, and more. The app works with both Jira Software and Jira Service Management, supporting internal surveys for employees and external surveys for customers.
