Before you set up Global SSO 3.0, ensure the following prerequisites are met:

1. <span style="color: #222222">For Global SSO, the Atlassian products </span>[<span style="color: #222222">must be accessible via HTTPS only</span>](https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira064/running-jira-over-ssl-or-https-720411727.html)<span style="color: #222222">.</span>
2. <span style="color: #222222">IDP should support SAML 2.0 Assertions.</span>
3. <span style="color: #222222">You will need to get a signing certificate from IDP.</span>
4. <span style="color: #222222">All Atlassian applications selected to work with Global SSO should operate under one subdomain.</span>
