If you are planning to move from Jira Server/DC to Jira Cloud instance with Canned Responses Pro, you may migrate the templates in Canned Responses Pro to Cloud without rebuilding all of them.

## Instructions

1. Login to your Jira Server/DC as an admin
2. Go to Jira Administration → Manage Apps → Canned Responses Pro → Import/Export
3. Export → Download
4. Now you should have the file named “canned-responses-DD_MM_YYYY.csv”
5. Login to your Jira Cloud instance
6. Install Canned Responses Pro and apply a valid license
7. Go to Jira Administration → Manage Apps → Canned Responses Pro → Import/Export
8. Upload the file you just downloaded in step 4


> ℹ️ Macros' name related to custom field might be changed since the custom field ID could be different between your Server/DC instance and Cloud instance

> ℹ️ Some macros named differently between Server/DC and Cloud version, you may need to change the macro’s name before using the template after migration. Below table will be listing out the differences between some macros.
