This article explains how to fix the **OAuthProblemException: token_expired** error that some users experience when viewing the *MyConnectors* page. The error is displayed below.

## Instructions

Use the following steps to fix the error:

1. Users who experience this error must open **Profile > Tools** and **Revoke access** to their Power BI token:
2. After revoking access, click **Power BI** and accept the new OAuth token:

Once the new OAuth token is accepted, you can access the Power BI application, and the **OAuthProblemException: token_expired** issue is resolved.
